RETURN POLICY

StyleDistrict accepts return requests for U.S. orders only within 180 days of the delivery date.

All returns are free of charge, with no return shipping costs and no restocking fees.
Products marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be approved for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a quick resolution.

These items cannot be returned or refunded.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item first. Once the return is completed, you may place a new order for the desired replacement.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the refunded amount.
